Bio
Tex is a Social Dancer, Social Dance Instructor, Event Director, and former UCWDC Competitor. He has been dancing since 1993 and teaching since 1997. His background is mostly country, but he steps out of the box a bit, as there are 8 country dances, many of which fall into other genres. Tex learned to dance as well as teach from many top dance instructors through the years in UCWDC, WSDC, and Ballroom, and continues to keep up on it today, focussing on technique.
Tex teaches classes (mostly in the Coeur d’Alene area) and puts on dances. He has hosted many dance workshops - bringing in top professional dance instructors from across the US.
Tex teaches: Two Step, Nightclub, Triple Two Step, West Coast Swing, East Coast Swing, Cha Cha, Polka, Waltz, Hustle, and Line Dances.
